Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This hands-on contract role requires strong expertise across EC, Time Off, MDF, Position Management, RBP and HR data migration, with work across HR data, security, workflows, reporting and integrations.

You will lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders, design scalable EC solutions, and ensure compliant data

Formación

• Certified SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant with 2–3 end-to-end EC implementations.
• Strong hands-on EC configuration across Foundation Objects and HRIS elements.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including Time Off, MDF Objects, Position Management, workflows, and RBPs.
• Lead workshops translating HR requirements into EC configurations and solutions.
• Design and maintain MDF objects, data models, provisioning settings and scheduled jobs.
• Develop workflows, alerts, business rules, and employee documentation to automate HR processes.
• Manage EC security and system access including RBP groups and country-specific criteria.
