Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Proven ability to negotiate sales and achieve targets.
• Experience winning instructions and conducting valuations would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• A confident, professional and persuasive approach to sales.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good local knowledge of Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas would be beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, with access to a car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating property sales from initial offer through to completion, maximizing sales opportunities.

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

This role would suit an ambitious, commercially minded estate agent with strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to win new instructions, conduct valuations and negotiate sales through to completion.
