You will negotiate sales, win listings through valuations and proactive business development, and support the branch performance while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Proven ability to negotiate sales and achieve targets.
• Experience winning instructions and conducting valuations would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• A confident, professional and persuasive approach to sales.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Good local knowledge of Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas would be beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, with access to a car preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating property sales from initial offer through to completion, maximizing sales opportunities.
• Generating new business and winning property listings through valuations and proactive business development.
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and other property professionals.
• Conducting viewings, following up enquiries and converting applicants into successful sales.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the sales team and assisting with branch performance.
• Maintaining accurate records, progressing sales and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the process.
