butters john bee Estate Agent in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high-performing team where your experience is recognised and rewarded. You will liaise with vendors and buyers, negotiate offers and drive sales while building strong relationships and expanding your pipeline.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a Bonus Builder Scheme for six months, a company car, and funded training toward a recognised qualification along with career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Marketing properties to buyers using various marketing skills.
• Generating new and repeat business focus.
• Canvassing the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
