Job summary

butters john bee Estate Agents in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator. You will receive a £30k OTE per year, with uncapped commission and full training. Hours are 8:30am–6pm Mon–Fri and 9am–5pm Saturdays, with 30 days’ leave and extensive development opportunities.

The role includes progression opportunities, funded industry training, and a supportive mentor-driven environment within the Spicerhaart group.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential homeowners and generate new leads.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Generate leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leafleting.
• Continue training with guidance from mentors to advance skills.
• Support the team with day-to-day activities and stay compliant.

• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
