Job summary

butters john bee Estate Agents in Crewe is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to liaise with vendors and buyers, arrange viewings and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You'll negotiate offers, build strong relationships, market properties, and work to generate new and repeat business while upholding health and safety standards. A car and uncapped commission are part of the rewards.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Demonstrates ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Evidence of delivering high levels of customer service.
• Able to work with initiative and manage tasks independently.
• Good telephone manner and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail in processing deals and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using various marketing methods.
• Focus on generating new and repeat business.
• Canvass the local area and engage with prospects.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping as required.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
