butters john bee Estate Agents in Longton is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator with proven estate agency experience to join our busy branch. You will negotiate sales, liaise with buyers and vendors, arrange viewings, and deliver excellent customer service.

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
