• Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers and arrange property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Market properties to buyers using diverse skills.
• Generate new and repeat business and canvass the local area.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping activities.
• Ensure properties meet health and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver targets and provide excellent service.
