Job description

Senior Sales Negotiator
Strood
£20,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£32,000 - £35,000 OTE, plus referral fees for mortgages and solicitors

8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.
9:00am-5:00pm Saturday
(Every Saturday with a day off in lieu)

Our client, a well-established award-winning high street estate agency, is expanding their team. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximize appointment and activity levels
  • Solicit leads
  • Promote newly listed properties and build and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, ideally with listing experience
  • Full UK driving licence and your own car
  • Tactful and articulate
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Highly motivated and results driven
