Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator for our Docklands and City office.

Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the local property market. We have a successful track record in marketing at both national and international levels, with over half of our business generated through referrals. Trusted for generations, we have specialized in selling residential properties in London and the South of England for over 150 years.

About the Role

The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and registering new applicants.
  • Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants, recording all correspondence and communications.
  • Building goodwill, establishing trust, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Organizing and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating offers on behalf of clients.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of the local market.
  • Collaborating with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieving daily and weekly targets.
  • Working collaboratively across departments and referring business as necessary.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A professional, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Effective under pressure and in a fast-changing environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
