Linley and Simpson in Pudsey is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This full-time, permanent role offers an OTE of £26,000 (uncapped) and the chance to help clients find and secure their next home.

You will qualify tenant needs, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and manage referencing through to key handover. We value integrity, customer focus and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Experience in lettings or sales negotiations.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build rapport.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliable and organised with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. This role offers a realistic OTE of £26,000 (uncapped).

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
