Linley and Simpson is seeking a Lettings Negotiator in Pudsey for a full-time, permanent position. The role offers a realistic OTE of £26,000 (uncapped) and involves liaising with prospective tenants, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and guiding tenants through referencing to key handover.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and matching them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and hand over keys to tenants.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML and complete weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
• Identify opportunities to win new business through commercial awareness.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. This role offers a realistic OTE of £26,000 (uncapped).

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
