Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Ripon is recruiting a Sales Negotiator for a full-time, permanent role. You will work Monday to Thursday 9:00–17:30, Friday 9:00–17:00, and one in four Saturdays 9:30–13:00. The basic salary is £25,000 with on-target earnings of £5,000 in commission.

You will proactively respond to enquiries, progress sales to completion, and encourage valuations while maintaining regular contact with buyers.

• Drive to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, honest client relationships.
• Experience in property is preferable, transferable skills considered.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator at our Ripon Branch. This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm.

The basic salary is £25,000 with on target earnings of £5,000 in commission

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
• Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
• Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.
