We’re reimagining hospitality as a creative hospitality studio, and our Broadwick Venues portfolio, spanning everything from 20-guest VIP dinners to 300+ immersive brand activations is the playground. Each event is a unique narrative expressed through mood, tone, texture, and taste. We don’t want stylists. We want culinary disruptors who can craft emotion, meaning, and memory through food.
This isn’t a job for the faint-hearted. It’s for a one-person powerhouse who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build a high-performing commercial function from the ground up.
You’ll start solo managing high-volume inbound enquiries, quoting, and crafting proposals with flair. But you won’t stay solo for long. We need someone who can build, lead, and motivate a growing sales team, oversee sales admin and proposal generation, and drive revenue across both internal venues and external hospitality services, from luxury private events to blue-chip corporate activations.
You’ll need to be commercially sharp, super-organised, and obsessed with quality - able to produce fully costed profit and loss accounts, present using PowerPoint or similar tools, and collaborate fluidly across brands, chefs, creatives, and operations.
