Our business is a force for good for travelers, corporate travel managers, chauffeurs, and the environment. We work with our partners to deliver the most professional and reliable service, through employed chauffeurs and a growing fleet of electric vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious business development professional to assist in acquiring business clients in London. This role is based in London and requires regular travel around the city and occasional regional travel (<10%). The ideal candidate has a background in travel ground transportation or a relevant industry and is an experienced sales professional. They are a self-starter and strategic thinker, successful in building B2B sales pipelines and converting high-value opportunities.

YOUR ROLE:
  1. Build awareness of Blacklane in London through presence and networking.
  2. Actively reach out to prospective clients, leading customer acquisition in sectors like Corporate, Legal, Insurance.
  3. Drive revenue and profitability through new business acquisition within London.
  4. Establish relationships with high-value potential customers and partners.
  5. Collaborate with sales operations to assess results and improve performance.
  6. Represent Blacklane at industry events and conferences, pushing innovative thinking and setting challenging goals.
  7. Build relationships with other departments for local projects and insights.
ABOUT YOU:
  • You are an experienced sales professional with excellent sales abilities and an upbeat outlook.
  • You are a self-starter with success in B2B sales, ground transportation, or related industries.
  • You are competitive, work fast, and uphold strong morals.
  • You have a proven record of pitching for new business and increasing revenue.
  • You possess excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • You are a skilled negotiator, generating win-win deals.
