The Position

Roche Diagnostics

Main Tasks:

1. Promote and sell Roche Diagnostics Products and Solutions to customers
2. Achieve preset sales targets
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and exchange business correspondence with customers
4. Prepare sales forecasts
5. Maintain good after-sales services to existing customers
6. Help implement marketing plans and new product launch plans
7. Collect and report market information and intelligence

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or Biology, or equivalent
2. ≥3 years selling experience in the diagnostic field
3. General knowledge of clinical laboratory workflow
4. Proficiency in computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
6. Accountable, self-motivated, and a good team player
