Job description

Job Role: Business Development Lead

Join our social network platform and take on a leading role in business development. Your main responsibilities will include managing client relationships and achieving sales targets with nominated Key Accounts by building trusted relationships with clients.

  1. Key Account Sales: Increase revenue from nominated Key Accounts by developing strong relationships through expertise and guidance.
  2. Project Bidding: Evaluate proposal requests and liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare competitive proposals.
  3. Service Knowledge: Understand, articulate, and promote the full suite of services available and their value.
  4. Client Management: Manage client expectations and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
  5. Client Updates: Take ownership of client updates on all project progress, identify and communicate issues professionally.
Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of market research experience, preferably in pharmaceutical market research.
  • Excellent client interaction and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market research regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of global market research and ability to execute complex projects.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and identify and close sales opportunities.
