About the Role: Senior Manager, Commercial, VesselMan

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

  • Selling VesselMan solutions for drydocking.
  • Generating new customers and clients through business development activities and promoting VesselMan/ShipServ/Marcura brand awareness.
  • Transforming the maritime industry into a lean, professional digital environment by providing digital collaboration tools, standard procedures, and ensuring compliance.
  • Engaging in solution selling that optimizes technical processes, with a background in maritime digitalization and strategic collaboration.
  • Managing sales pipelines, establishing customer needs, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms.
Qualifications We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of sales experience, preferably within Ship Management or the Maritime industry.
  • Experience with SalesForce and sales enablement platforms like Outreach.io is advantageous.
  • Existing contacts within the shipping industry are a plus.
  • Experience working remotely, independently, and virtually with teams.
  • Disciplined, structured, high-energy, and self-driven approach.
  • Result-oriented with strategic hunting skills for new customers.
  • Knowledge of digital solutions and how business decisions are made.
  • Technologically savvy, passionate about digitalization and digital sales channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
