Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to help lead the expansion of Adobe Marketing Solutions across our customers. This role involves working closely with our EMEA Sales Director and Managing Director to drive revenue growth by building strategic client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored Adobe solutions to enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging Adobe’s marketing tools to support digital transformation and customer experience goals.
2. Present a compelling vision of Adobe’s Marketing Solutions integrated with LeapPoint’s consulting services.
3. Lead strategic account planning, manage value perception, and conduct business reviews.
4. Provide thought leadership on Adobe SaaS solutions, including Workfront and Experience Manager.
5. Help clients transform their business, increase revenue, automate processes, and foster innovation.
6. Build and maintain trusted relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.
7. Identify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with partner sales teams.
8. Travel approximately 30-40%, mainly within the UK.

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, consulting, or related fields.
2. Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products is preferred.
5. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
