What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales First: Lead the charge on sales, converting leads, maximizing bookings, and upselling our full range of services to increase revenue.
  • Proactive Outreach: Expand our customer database through cold calling, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Customer Interaction: Be the first point of contact for inquiries, building relationships and solving problems with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
  • Administrative Support: While sales are the priority, there will be some admin tasks—CRM updates, reports, and data analysis—to keep things running smoothly.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports and compile data for management meetings.
  • Website Management: Keep content and ticket sales up to date on the website.
  • Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the sales and marketing teams on new initiatives and creative strategies to grow the business.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s both a leader and a team player, ready to jump in and make things happen:

  • Sales-Driven: A proven track record of generating leads, converting enquiries, and confidently upselling is a must.
  • Leadership Ready: You’ll take on a senior role but remain hands-on with day-to-day sales activities.
  • Outgoing & Personable: A warm, engaging personality that builds strong customer relationships.
  • Quick Thinker: Adaptable and solutions-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality Expert: Experience in the hospitality industry and working in a high-energy sales team is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Collins is a bonus.
  • Organized & Analytical: Strong attention to detail, time management, and an ability to use data to drive insights.
  • Communication Superstar: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.

The Serious Stuff

  • Core Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. You’ll also work a minimum of two Saturdays per month (with a weekday off in return).
  • Location: Head Office
