Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor for our Brighton branch. The role involves lead generation, account management, onboarding new customers, and driving sales through the trade counter and yard.

You will work Monday to Friday 7:30–17:00, with one Saturday every other month 08:00–12:00, and will receive branch-level training to become multiskilled across duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify new business opportunities and pursue new customer accounts.
• Account management: maintain and grow existing customer relationships, upsell and cross-sell solutions.
• Onboarding & activation: ensure new customers are onboarded and activated within 13 weeks.
• Margin & share of wallet growth: optimise margins and increase wallet share per customer.
• Sales process management: manage from lead to close with accurate forecasting and pipeline.
• Customer engagement: conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Reporting & feedback: provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
