Qualifications

• Proven passion for sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Account management to retain and grow spend with existing customers.
• Onboarding and activation of new customers within 13 weeks.
• Drive profitability by optimising margins and increasing wallet share.
• Manage the full sales process from lead to close with accurate forecasting.
• Conduct regular customer visits, demonstrations and presentations to drive sales.
• Provide timely reports on sales activity, feedback and market insights.
