Jewson, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor in the Aylesbury area. You will build strong customer relationships, understand needs, and provide proactive advice to support sales growth.

The role requires in-depth building materials knowledge and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will work with in-house systems to process orders, schedule deliveries, and maintain excellent customer service as part of a collaborative team.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of building materials and merchant industry.
• Experience in sales with a track record of targets.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
• Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions.
• Identify local market opportunities to support sales growth.
• Use in-house systems to process orders, schedule deliveries, and update customers.
• Maximize sales through upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
• Learn about suppliers and seek opportunities to improve product knowledge.
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies and leverage tools like Project Estimator and Tool Hire.
