Job summary

Reflect Recruitment Group in Newark is seeking a full-time, permanent Sales Administrator to join an established team. The role is office based, Monday–Friday 9-5, with duties including processing orders and supporting digital marketing projects.

You should have several years of sales administration experience, strong communication, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Salary £29-£35k DOE plus benefits including pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a sales administrator role.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively over the phone.
• A professional, confident communication style and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Processing new sales from customer orders to factory orders and liaising with the factory on delivery dates.
• Liaising with finance companies and customers for payment before delivery.
• Liaising with 3rd party transport for delivery.
• Updating product tracker for status of orders and available inventory.
• Preparing delivery documentation and processing signed delivery to comply with revenue recognition.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and prevent delays.
• Completing invoicing of completed service orders.
