A leading organisation in construction safety located in the United Kingdom seeks a technical specialist to support the Head of Safety Quality Assurance. You will develop safety procedures, conduct internal audits, and compile reports while ensuring compliance with CDM regulations. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in building construction, knowledge of health and safety legislation, and strong communication skills. You will support the Head of Safety Quality Assurance in developing procedures to ensure compliance with CDM regulations, project delivery management, subcontractor oversight and site management practices, while considering customer and third‑party needs. Additionally, you will gather feedback from site inspections on quality, service and non‑conformance, compiling monthly reports for the Head of Safety Quality Assurance. You will conduct internal audits on compliance, attend pre‑commencement and progress meetings and ensure all CDM and health & safety information is up‑to‑date and properly recorded.

Assist the Head of Safety Quality Assurance in establishing and maintaining safety procedures and compliance frameworks.
Gather feedback from site inspections and compile monthly reports.
Conduct internal audits of compliance.
Attend pre‑commencement and progress meetings.
Ensure CDM and health & safety information is updated and properly recorded.
