Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Senior Reward Consultant to join Cushman & Wakefield's team in London. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance on reward equity and bonus policy development, ensuring compliance and efficient process design, especially for internationally mobile employees. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver fair, data-driven, and scalable reward solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise business leaders on reward and benefit policy development, process implementation, and payroll compliance.
2. Develop global tax compliance strategies for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation for internationally mobile employees.
3. Deliver cross-border tax and social security compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology to optimise processes.
4. Prepare EMEA payroll reports to meet reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards.
5. Assist with annual compensation rounds, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.
6. Contribute to job architecture and job levelling frameworks.
7. Support and advise on reward policies, including bonus, equity, and benefits.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in reward and benefits, gained in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Experience in compensation is desirable.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and working with Power BI.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer and client relationship skills, with a commitment to high standards of service.
• Strong data skills: Excel, Power BI, and Workday are desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
