Job Description

JOIN THE TEAM

Help drive cultural change as part of the team that designs, implements, co-ordinates and analyses PA’s Global Reward programmes. Working directly with PA’s senior leaders in a fast-paced and friendly environment, you will help implement reward programmes to enable PA’s refreshed strategy whilst contributing to a seamless day-to-day reward operation.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially aware Senior Reward Specialist to support our team during an exciting 12 months fixed-term contract . Reporting to the Global Reward Manager and alongside the team of Reward Specialists, you will be instrumental in implementing a refreshed reward plan that supports a newly developed PA strategy with a focus on cultural change, pay equity and transparency.

We are a small team with a big agenda so this role has scope to drive projects across compensation and benefits. Likely projects include benefits technology implementation, recognition programme development, gender and ethnicity pay gap analysis and supporting the year-end bonus and salary review.

You will be working with and influencing senior stakeholders across PA from the CEO and executive management team to our function leads and People Partners to develop first-rate reward solutions and provide a seamless reward advisory service to the business.

Qualifications

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You will have strong Excel and analytical skills and be able to manipulate large sets of data
  • You will have strong reward experience, ideally within the professional services industry and with experience across all areas of total reward
  • You will have a passion for and experience in analysing, reporting on and closing gender, ethnicity and other pay gaps
  • You will be flexible in your approach to work with the ability to react quickly to urgent confidential projects which require attention and complete discretion
  • You will be an excellent relationship builder with the ability to gain credibility at all levels of seniority across the firm
  • You will have the proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and to meetfixed deadlines
  • Experience with benefits technology implementation projects would be desirable

We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.
