Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. is expanding its Retail Media Partnerships team in the UK, seeking senior executives to own vendor portfolios and agency partnerships.

You will build strong relationships, turn data into Retail Media plans, and drive growth, retention and repeat investment. The role involves hybrid working with regular travel to Yeovil and London offices, and collaboration with Commercial, Digital, Marketing and Insights teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in media planning, campaign management, account management, or retail media with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of retail media and digital advertising channels to drive growth and retention.
• Customer and vendor focus with ability to deliver sales targets using data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and agency partners to ensure media investment and growth objectives are met.
• Own commercial performance of categories, developing retail media plans with colleagues to drive revenue.
• Prioritise workload, balancing business priorities, stakeholders, and customer needs for high quality outcomes.
• Lead performance reporting for vendor portfolios, review targets, and escalate risks and opportunities.
• Identify new retail media opportunities and build business cases with stakeholders from concept to implementation.
• Ensure campaigns follow briefing, planning, scheduling, and delivery standards while improving processes.
• Act as subject matter expert for Retail Media products and capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.
