Job summary

Screwfix is expanding its Retail Media team in the UK. We’re hiring two Senior Executives to lead Retail Media Partnerships, build strong vendor relationships and drive revenue growth across assigned categories.

The role is hybrid, with regular travel to the Yeovil, Somerset office and occasional visits to Paddington, London. You’ll own campaigns, analyse performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable retail media plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in media planning and campaign management for retail media.
• Understanding of digital advertising channels and commercial growth.
• Strong client/vendor relationships and service orientation.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets using data insights.
• Familiarity with AdTech platforms and retail media solutions like CitrusAd.
• Ability to analyse performance data and make actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and agency partners to meet media investment and growth targets.
• Own the commercial performance of assigned categories and develop category plans with the Retail Media Partnerships Manager.
• Prioritise workload to balance business priorities and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Own vendor performance reporting, monitor targets, and escalate risks when needed.
• Identify new retail media opportunities and build business cases for implementation.
• Manage campaign processes, ensure briefing, planning and delivery standards, and seek improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Retail Media products and capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.
