DHL Supply Chain in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Account Development Manager for our eCommerce and Retail team. You will act as the principal commercial link between the customer, operations and our business, shaping account plans and driving growth across products, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement.

You will develop lifecycle strategies, translate strategy into actionable plans, and build relationships with decision-makers to deliver value and renewals.

Formación

• Proven experience in account development for large retail/logistics clients.
• Strong track record in managing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the principal commercial link between customer, operations and the business.
• Lead strategic account planning and commercial leadership.
• Protect existing business, identify growth opportunities, lead renewals and negotiations.
• Develop customer lifecycle strategies and engagement plans.
