You will collaborate across Solution Design, Operations, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal and Finance to craft customer‑focused propositions. A true closer with strategic mindset is essential to grow a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience winning new business in a complex organisation with bid/tender lifecycle.
• Proven logistics/supply chain sales experience and track record of major deals.
• Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Target-driven with a passion for growing customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships within target accounts to engage decision-makers and expand network.
• Identify, assess and pursue new business opportunities within sectors and accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Manage RFQs, map stakeholders and uncover opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
• Research customer supply chain challenges to shape compelling value propositions.
• Develop relationships that support the 'Customer for Life' strategy and pipeline growth.
