Job summary

Edrington in Scotland is seeking a Senior Retail Associate to deliver first-class service to colleagues, pensioners and corporate partners. You will manage orders, maintain stock accuracy and ensure procedures are followed with attention to detail.

This six-month fixed-term contract combines customer service, stock control and administration in a role that supports cross-functional operations while embracing a hybrid working model and a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Confidence in using EPOS systems (Gamma experience beneficial).
• Basic IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Comfort handling cash and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Customer Service: Manage and fulfil corporate, staff, retiree and pensioner orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Stock & Warehouse Management: Maintain stock records, counts, and discrepancies; ensure organized retail and warehouse environment.
• Administration & Logistics: Complete admin tasks and coordinate courier collections/delivery tracking; support compliance training.
