Eden Scott is seeking a proactive Retail Administrative Assistant to support the Head of Retail and the wider team in Edinburgh. The role involves compiling reports, analysing sales data, coordinating promotions, and handling store communications across Head Office and stores.

You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintain retail systems, and provide project support for store openings, events, and partnerships. Strong Excel/Shopify experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain daily retail reporting and performance tracking.
• Prepare data for weekly trade reporting and store analyses.
• Coordinate promotions, communications, and partnerships across stores and Head Office.
• Support planning and administration of store openings, closures and events.
• Assist with sample sale preparation and post-event admin.
• Liaise with external systems to resolve data issues.
