Job summary

Edrington in Scotland is seeking a Senior Retail Associate to deliver first-class service to colleagues, pensioners and corporate partners. You will manage orders, maintain stock accuracy and ensure procedures are followed with attention to detail.

This six-month fixed-term contract combines customer service, stock control and administration in a role that supports cross-functional operations while embracing a hybrid working model and a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Confidence in using EPOS systems (Gamma experience beneficial).
• Basic IT skills including Word and Excel.
• Comfort handling cash and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Customer Service: Manage and fulfil corporate, staff, retiree and pensioner orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Stock & Warehouse Management: Maintain stock records, counts, and discrepancies; ensure organized retail and warehouse environment.
• Administration & Logistics: Complete admin tasks and coordinate courier collections/delivery tracking; support compliance training.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Make an Impact

Order Processing & Customer Service

• Manage and fulfil corporate, staff, retiree and pensioner orders, ensuring accurate processing, approval, dispatch and delivery in line with company procedures and service standards.
• Support ad hoc requests and maintain excellent customer service.

Stock & Warehouse Management

• Maintain stock records and product listings, monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive, store, label and distribute stock, ensuring safe handling and a tidy, organised retail and warehouse environment.
• Process transactions and banking activities in line with company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial and stock records and provide reporting within required timescales.

Administration & Logistics

• Maintain order records, complete administrative tasks and coordinate courier collections and delivery tracking.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including long-service award distribution.
• Complete required compliance training, including Known Consignor and Alcohol Personal Licence qualifications.

Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, accuracy, and excellent customer service skills. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience deliveringhigh‑qualitycustomer service
• Strong interpersonal, organisational andtime‑managementskills
• Confidence in using EPOS systems (Gamma experience beneficial)
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfort and accuracy in handling cash and completing banking procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to learn
