Job summary

Edrington is looking for a Senior Retail Associate to deliver first-class service to colleagues, pensioners and corporate partners. You will ensure accurate processing, stock management and efficient administration within a hybrid work model.

The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with opportunities to contribute to stock control, banking procedures and cross-functional projects while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence with EPOS systems (Gamma) and basic IT tools (MS Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfil orders for colleagues, retirees and corporate partners with accuracy and on time.
• Manage stock records, counts, storage, and banking activities according to policy.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and courier logistics and support cross-functional initiatives.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Make an Impact

Order Processing & Customer Service

• Manage and fulfil corporate, staff, retiree and pensioner orders, ensuring accurate processing, approval, dispatch and delivery in line with company procedures and service standards.
• Support ad hoc requests and maintain excellent customer service.

Stock & Warehouse Management

• Maintain stock records and product listings, monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive, store, label and distribute stock, ensuring safe handling and a tidy, organised retail and warehouse environment.
• Process transactions and banking activities in line with company policies and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate financial and stock records and provide reporting within required timescales.

Administration & Logistics

• Maintain order records, complete administrative tasks and coordinate courier collections and delivery tracking.
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including long-service award distribution.
• Complete required compliance training, including Known Consignor and Alcohol Personal Licence qualifications.

Your Talent and Skills

We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, accuracy, and excellent customer service skills. Ideally, you will have:

• Experience deliveringhigh‑qualitycustomer service
• Strong interpersonal, organisational andtime‑managementskills
• Confidence in using EPOS systems (Gamma experience beneficial)
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfort and accuracy in handling cash and completing banking procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to learn
