Job summary

Sgs-Care-Ltd in Melksham, Wiltshire, is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker to join a 4-bed children's home for young people aged 8-17 with EBD. You will hold the Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce and bring experience from children's residential care.

This permanent, full-time role offers 160 hours per month, a £39,588 annual salary (plus a £1,500 joining bonus) and £65 per sleep-in.

Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker

Salary: £39,588 per annum (estimated, based on 160 hours per month plus 11 sleep-ins per month), plus a £1,500 joining bonus

Hourly Rate: £16.15 per hour (enhanced rates apply)

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month
