Job summary

Sgscare is hiring a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker in Barnsley to provide high-quality care for young people aged 8-17 with EBD. The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and ideally Level 5 for higher pay, with a minimum of one year in Ofsted-regulated settings.

Work includes a 39-hour week on a flexible rota (including weekends/bank holidays) with a base salary and sleep-in shifts. The home has 4 beds and operates with a strong therapeutic ethos.
