Salary: £29,542 - £37,420 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £15.35-£19.19 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: Minimum 1 per week

Service Users: Young People with EBD

Responsibilities

• Recognise and celebrate the progress and achievements of young people
• Manage challenging behaviours and attend professional meetings as required
• Record and report key aspects of care

• Promote education and essential daily living skills
• Undertake keyworker responsibilities for young people

The successful candidate must provide an enhanced DBS disclosure. The role requires eligibility to work in the UK. Please note that shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
