Sgscare in Waterlooville, Hampshire, is hiring a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead a staff team in a children’s home and to oversee care delivery for young people with complex needs. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Child Residential Care or Health and Social Care.
• 2 years providing care (preferred) and 1 year in a senior role in child residential care (required).

Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire
Salary: £29,542 - £37,420 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £15.35-£19.19 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: Minimum 1 per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People with EBD

The successful candidate must provide an enhanced DBS disclosure. The role requires eligibility to work in the UK. Please note that shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
