Job summary

Horizon Care Ltd in Melksham, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to help young people with daily life, hobbies and social activities. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure safeguarding and safety processes, in a home environment that supports development and well‑being.

The role offers a £16.15 per hour base rate, a £1,500 joining bonus, and £65 sleep‑in overtime at enhanced rates, with various benefits and a clear path for professional

• Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments.
• To support the induction of colleagues into the home.
• To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people.
