Job summary

Warwick Conferences at the University of Warwick seeks a Senior Reservations Coordinator to lead bedroom reservations, driving occupancy and rate performance across individual, group and university bookings.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will ensure accurate pricing, effective yield management, and collaboration with Sales and Events to convert opportunities into confirmed business, while safeguarding the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or revenue management is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team while delivering revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead our bedroom reservations function to drive occupancy, rate performance and business mix.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across reservations activities.
• Develop and coach the reservations team to deliver service excellence and revenue growth.
