Job summary

The Warwickshire County Cricket Club Limited invites applications for a hands-on Reservations Manager to lead the hotel reservations function at Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham. You will drive revenue, optimise room inventory, pricing and distribution, and coach the Reservations Co‑ordinators to deliver KPIs.

You will work with the Head of Sales & Revenue and support teams to analyse trends, forecast demand and shape the stadium’s commercial strategy while delivering an outstanding guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel reservations or similar function.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial KPIs.
• Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, inventory management and distribution channels.
• Confident using hotel reservation and revenue management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead our hotel reservations function at Edgbaston Stadium, driving reactive sales performance, enquiry conversion and revenue growth.
• Manage room inventory, pricing and distribution across channels; inform forecasting and commercial strategy.
• Coach and develop Reservations Co‑ordinator(s) and build relationships with Hotel Operations and wider commercial teams.
