Qualifications

• Recruitment in tech or games, embedded, in-house, RPO or agency.
• Ability to build sourcing strategies using AI and platforms.
• Treat recruitment as a craft, curious about why processes work.
• Pivot approach when plans go off track and defend decisions with data.
• Share learnings to improve sourcing and hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Run between 1-5 sprints at once across tech, product, go-to-market and games.
• Hold weekly updates with hiring managers so they know status.
• Use funnel data to diagnose stalls and adjust approach.
• Utilise AI and explore new sourcing strategies and tools.
• Push back with market evidence when briefs don't match reality.
• Feed learnings back into how we run Source.
