Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise Sales and Channel Partners. You will uncover customer needs, tailor demonstrations, and lead PoC workshops to showcase value.

You will stay current with Atlassian roadmaps, pursue certifications, and collaborate across teams to drive transformational deals. You will engage with senior stakeholders and executives, articulating differentiators and benefits, while traveling occasionally and contributing to a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering with at least four years covering large strategic accounts.
• Experience communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across various levels of an organization, including extensive engagement with executive leadership.
• You're proactive, passionate, and thrive on collaboration to drive meaningful results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address objections and align with the customer’s vision of success.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead interactive workshops to showcase Atlassian features and workflows.
• Continuously enhance technical expertise by staying updated on Atlassian’s roadmap and pursuing certifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, account managers, and product stakeholders to drive transformation deals and ensure alignment.
• Build a robust understanding of competitors’ offerings to articulate Atlassian’s differentiators in competitive scenarios.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to boost customer engagement.
