Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to support the DACH and CEE territories. You will partner with account teams, conduct discovery, and lead value-based demonstrations to drive enterprise deals.

Fluent in German and English, you will bridge business and technical needs and influence decision-makers. You will collaborate with global SE teams and sales to map customer problems to Atlassian solutions, uncover cross-product opportunities, and advocate for product improvements

Qualifications

2+ years of enterprise pre-sales experience with strong communication.
Ability to present to C-level and technical audiences.
Fluent in English and German with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with account teams to run customer discovery and map needs to Atlassian products.
Lead value-based demonstrations and articulate product value.
Identify cross-product opportunities and expand solutions.
