Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to grow our ITSM/ESM channel partner ecosystem. You will work across pre-sales, consulting, delivery, and post-sales to architect solutions from reference architectures to complete deployments.

You will collaborate with Partner & Alliance teams, Channel managers, Marketing, Sales, and Product to drive Atlassian service management solutions and deliver partner enablement workshops and technical training.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with channel partners across pre-sales, consulting, delivery and post-sales.
• ITSM/ESM architect with hands-on design and implementation capability.
• Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management and ITIL4/DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution acceleration strategy to grow the ITSM partner ecosystem.
• Create collateral, blueprints, and reference architectures for ITSM/ESM practices.
• Support partners through deal cycles with technical leadership and guidance.
• Partner with Channel teams to drive service management solutions within the partner community.
• Deliver partner enablement workshops and participate in conferences and events.
