Job summary
Atlassian seeks a Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise Sales and Channel Partners, delivering tailored product demos and PoCs for large strategic accounts. You will use storytelling to align technical capabilities with business value, while staying current on Atlassian's roadmap and pursuing certifications.
You will collaborate with internal teams, manage customer relationships at senior levels, and travel occasionally to engage with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales engineering with 4+ years covering large strategic accounts.
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior stakeholders across levels, including executives.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Able and willing to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and business impact.
- Develop PoC environments and run workshops to showcase Atlassian features.
- Stay updated on Atlassian roadmaps, certifications, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with account teams, product stakeholders, and peers to drive transformation deals.
- Understand competitors and articulate Atlassian differentiators in competitive scenarios.
- Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.
