Job summary

At Atlassian in London we are looking for a seasoned Presales / Solution Engineer to partner with Sales, understand customer challenges, and map them to Atlassian's collaboration and productivity tools.

You will lead product demonstrations, conduct technical evaluations, identify expansion opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementations and outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-4+ years in Presales or solution engineering or customer-facing tech roles.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian's product suite.
• Proven experience delivering product demonstrations and leading evaluations.
• Ability to identify solution expansion opportunities and align with customer goals.
• Highly organized in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer discovery and map outcomes to Atlassian's solutions.
• Identify cross-product opportunities to maximize customer value.
• Investigate client pain points to craft meaningful solutions.
• Act as product expert and demonstrate Atlassian software to customers.
• Deliver engaging value-driven demonstrations.
