Job summary

VOYAGE CARE in Leyland seeks an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead an established residential service. You will drive quality, embed best practice and support ongoing development with a hands-on leadership style.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support a stable team, manage occupancy and budgets, and collaborate with families and local authorities to ensure outstanding, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Confidence managing performance and driving accountability.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding care.

• Leading, motivating and developing an established team.
