Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service in Leyland, Lancashire. This role focuses on driving high-quality, person-centred care and developing a capable team within a well-established service.

You will ensure CQC compliance, manage occupancy and budgets, and collaborate with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Management experience within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Confidence managing performance and driving accountability.
• A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop an established team.
• Drive high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
• Manage performance, supervisions, appraisals and staff development.
• Maintain compliance with CQC, regulatory and organisational standards.
• Complete audits, quality checks and action plans.

• Provide leadership to an existing management structure.
