Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a specialist residential service in the Southampton area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred support while ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop teams, and drive service improvements, working closely with families, professionals and commissioners to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a Registered Manager in a regulated adult social care setting.
• Previous CQC registration experience.
• Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of the service.
• Lead, coach and develop the staff team.
• Drive quality, compliance and service improvements.
• Complete audits, action plans and regulatory reporting.
• Manage budgets and service performance.
• Ensure safe, person-centred support is delivered.
• Build positive relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing development of colleagues.
• Prepare the service for inspections and maintain governance.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
